According to (http://detail.chiebukuro.yahoo.co.jp/qa/question_detail/q1032105050), the original lines from the TV series were 「やられはせん。やられはせんぞ。」 but were changed to 「やらせはせん」 (れ to ら) in the movie version. せん here is equivalent to ない. From the "Babylon Japanese-English" dictionary, I found the definition, "negative auxiliary word used to express the standard polite form in the future tense". Given how Sebastian talks, this makes sense. It's basically the equivalent of やらせません. --K}
