Here's a translation of the character bios from Toei's Smile Precure website, and from TV Asahi's Smile Precure website as of the date(s) listed. The taglines are a work in progress, as some of them are turning out to be rather tricky.

Bio: 上品な物腰の、凛々しく優しい女の子。 生徒会副会長も務めており頼りがいがある。 めったなことで怒らないが、怒らせると実は一番こわい。 学校では、弓道部に所属している。

Bio: A girl of elegant manner and gallant kindness. (Note: Yes, gallant doesn't seem quite the right word for a girl, but I think it fits what's being said.) She's the student council vice president, and everyone's go-to girl. She's not quick to anger, but when she does get angry, she's the scariest. She's on the Kyuudo (Japanese archery) team at school.

Bio: A bit of a crybaby, but deep down she's a strong girl. She holds a heart that is sympathetic towards others, and if she makes a single promise to you, she'll keep it without fail. She's extremely good at drawing manga, but because she's so shy, she never shows anyone else.
