This says more literally: "Born... something is being born!" but that sounded odd. I believe an English speaker would be more likely to say "Something... something is being born." Rather than repeating the verb by itself. | |||

Translation Notes -- Kanmuri
Part 1 -- Prologue
相手 means partner or companion... in this context it's probably referring to people's "companions," or in other words, their pets, so that's why I translated that as pet.
じゅうい
This is a pun on the reading of veterinarian (獣医) and 10th rank (10位), which are both read "jyuui."
