相手 means partner or companion... in this context it's probably referring to people's "companions," or in other words, their pets, so that's why I translated that as pet.

じゅうい
This is a pun on the reading of veterinarian (獣医) and 10th rank (10位), which are both read "jyuui."

Literally this says something like, "Matching Chiffon's condition is...", but given the context of the surrounding sentences, I translated it as "None of these fit Chiffon's condition."

うまれる… なんか　うまれるよ！
This says more literally: "Born... something is being born!" but that sounded odd. I believe an English speaker would be more likely to say "Something... something is being born." Rather than repeating the verb by itself.
